At a young age, I swum for Swimming Victoria in State level competitions, qualifying at National level, and eventually led me being the Head-Coach of the swimming club I once represented. I hold sessions both the pool and gym settings to work on strength and conditioning for swimmers in preparation for competitions.
Aside from my passion in swimming, I like keeping myself busy spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors by hiking, and staying fit with weight training and calisthenics.
I am delighted to join Avesenna Osteopathy and share my experience to help you be at your best. I also work as an Osteopath at an aged care facility, helping improving the resident’s quality of life by allowing them to remain mobile and independent, reducing the decline in functional ability and their strength.
I have a particular interest in treating sporting injuries; using hands-on approach with a variety of treatment methods, while also emphasising the importance of exercise therapy. I enjoy treating all areas of the body and firmly believe that patient education and management is key to achieving the best outcome for you.
